    WCHS Parent and Community Program

    The West Carroll Parent and Community Stakeholder Program will be at West Carroll Jr/Sr High November 3 from 4:30-5:30 p.m. There will be a free hot dog supper for parent/community program participants. All program participants will also receive free tickets to the West Carroll Jr. High basketball game.

    The West Tennessee Quartet Convention Board of Directors will host its 37th Quartet Convention November 4 and 5 at the Carroll County Civic Center.

    Eastern Star Ham and Bean Day

    Easter Star Chapter will hold their annual Ham and Bean Day at the Masonic Lodge, 20280 East Main St, on November 4. The fundraiser is for the high school scholarship. Ham and beans, cornbread, slaw, desserts, and drinks will be served from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. The cost is $6 for adults and $2.50 for children.

    Fundraiser for Steven Neeley and Becky Baker

    Members of the Huntingdon Fire and Rescue will team up with employees from Cash Savers to grill hamburgers and hotdogs to raise money for Steven Neeley and Becky Baker on November 5. Neeley is battling cancer and Baker has been diagnosed with ALS. The fundraiser will last from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

    Vale Volunteer Fire Dept. Chili Dinner

    Vale Volunteer Fire Department will host their annual chili dinner on November 5 at the Vale Community Center, located at 26165 Highway 114, north of Hollow Rock. Serving times are 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. A Touch of Grey will be providing music. For more information, call Pam Wade at 415-3935.
