Thomas "Tommy" Lattus pleads guilty but mentally ill in his murder case during a pre-trial conference hearing held Friday, March 8.
 
Thomas "Tommy" Lattus plead guilty but mentally ill in Hickman today. He plead guilty to the January 2012 murder of Hickman Mayor the late Charles Murphy. The defense and prosecution agreed to 37 1/2 years with a sentencing hearing to be held later this month. Look to the Courier next week for more on today's hearing.
